Classic Trials competition, North Loburn Classic Trial, Mt Grey Rd, Canterbury, held on Mar 7th 2010.
The course was marked out / designed by Keith Brown and Alan Mason with the help of that well known local, Sand Fly.
The Trial started prompt at 10am with around 25 riders, a sunny, hot day and still a few faces missing because of other events.
Sections 1 & 2 were in the creek, this gave the riders plenty of opportunities to see if their boots were water proof and half way through section 1, the old slippery log caught a few out.
But section 4 in the trees, the longest of the day, nicked quite a few marks – even from the better riders, with a sharp climb then a very tight turn on top of the bank.

Sections 5 to 8, a mixture of loose shingle and scrub bush, had plenty of tricky turns, a few steep climbs and drops, and also caused a few problems.
In all another great day of classic motorcycle trials in Canterbury.
