Classic Trials competition, Loburn Classic Trial, Leigh Camp, Ashley River access, Canterbury, held on Feb 21st 2010.
The course was marked out / designed by John Regan and Alan Mason with the help of Iain Mackinnon.
The Trial started prompt at 10am with around 25 riders, a dry and sunny, hot day and quite a few usual faces missing, but we had a few new ones.
Most of the sections were in the trees and bush, but section one on the shingle bank nicked quite a few marks – even from the better riders. Section two a slalom course through the trees had plenty of tight tricky turns, also caused a few problems.
Section eight the longest one, was a mixed bag, but it put a smile on all the riders faces, in all another great day of classic motorcycle trials in Canterbury.
