In very wet conditions the 8 section 4 lap course was well marked out / designed by Graham Slee and Richard Cripps.
The Trial started prompt at 10am, 30 riders, a wet, sometimes rainy day and an interesting course; in all, a recipe for a challenging trial.
Sections 1 - 3 set in the trees, plenty of tricky turns, a few steep climbs and drops all with wet pine needles, mud and a few marks lost, 4 on a steep stepped bank, was just so much fun.
Section 5 a muddy creek with some big trees and roots to match nicked a few marks, section 6, 7 and 8 at the far end looked tricky but rode not too bad, but the rocks were very slick, eh Kevin.
Another brilliant day of classic motorcycle trials in Canterbury.
